Before you email us

• If you have already registered and purchased, please kindly contact us with your registered email box. The order number is required to be notified in the email if you have placed couples of order.
• If you have questions on reading and filling your prescription form online, it would be very appreciated if you can attach a copy of your original prescription script. Photo or scanned script both will be great.
• Please remember to add a subject label in the subject box in order to expedite a professional response from our customer support department.

For example, if you have a question on a pair of frame #YLT0518, the subject of your email can be "Q2+ questions on YLT0518"; Or you don't know how to enter the PD, the subject can be "Q4+PD".
