1. A pair of full rimmed acetate frame and a pair of uncut blank lenses are ready to be filled. All the blank lenses are shaped in round circle before cutting.

2.Our optician is orientating the optical center and the Axis of the Cylinder power. This equipment is called lensometer made by Topcon Company. Lensometer is used to and check the power in the lens and mark the optical center and axis on the lens when it's rotated to a required axis as order list shows.

3. The face –down frame is being measured by the lens tracer after when the lens shape date will be uploaded to the lens edger. Lens tracer is used to determine the dimensions and shape of the frame.

4. Now the lens shape has been memorized by the trace and uploaded to the lens edger. Lens edger will cut the lens to the dimensions specified by the tracer.

5. The blank lens is well placed in the edger. Your customized lens is ready to be cut right away!

6. The edger is cutting the lens…The lens is turning lens slowly inside of the machine and the material is being take off from the blank edge by blades, layer by layer, until the shape of the lens matches the dimensions recorded from the tracer.

7. Bingo! Just One minute later, the lens is cut down to a required shape. Our Topcon automatic edger is working fast!

8. The round blank with 3 inches across has been amazingly cut into a piece of angular lens with 2 inches width. You may see there is a special metal chuck with adhesive backing on the center of the lens' front surface. This little tool will avoid any possible changing on optical center and the axis which are required to be fixed when edging to ensure the accuracy of the prescription.

9. Our optician is making a safety bevel on a lens polisher so the lens edge will be smooth and blunt enough for protecting customers from injury.

10. The full rimmed plastic frame is jointed with no screws, so we use the frame heater to warm up the frame to easily fit the lens into the frame while without distorting the frame itself.

11. The filling must be done effectively and quickly! Otherwise, the heated frame will be cooled down and rigid again.

12. Every single pair of filled eyeglasses would be cross checked on the lensometer before cleaning and packing to make sure they are processed 100% based on your entered prescription and matching your selected frame and lens options.

13. Glasses are competed after cleaning and ready to be sent with free repair kits to our valued customers!

14. Packages are waiting to be picked up by the courier company. They will be delivered as addressed to our valued customers after 3 to 10 days of transit.
