Marshall began her runway fashion career in 2006 and 2007 at Portland Fashion Week in Portland, Oregon. She designed a maternity dress for Heidi Klum. Marshall showed her Fall 2009, Spring 2010, Fall 2010 and Fall 2011 collections at New York Fashion Week. She also creates one of a kind and custom wedding gowns for clients and has a design studio located in Brooklyn, NY. Marshall has most recently designed a series of dresses for Paula Abdul.
