I started wearing glasses for very little time, but whenever I use for reading feel eye pain, what to do?

It has nothing to do with using reading glasses. what happens is that in Brazil or in places with tropical climate, there is much light, it justifies the increase of people with problems in the sights, but it is not only this reason, the factor has biological and genetic too. Not all people who have problems with views, but almost half the population has some degree. People who read poorly, as in dark, high brightness ..... probably you may also have a problem in view, not necessarily with much reading or study.
Do reading glasses reduce the light that enters an eye?

reading glasses may help a little for your Photophobia .most glasses have the function of block light,more or less . You can have a try . I have heard Rose-colored sunglasses or other color tinted could help relieve it . Hope this can help ~
Could wearing my prescribed reading glasses all day harm my eye sight?

It should depend on what they are used for. If you wear them all day for reading or some close work, it won't make much difference in your vision. But if you wear them for distant vison most of the time, eyesight will be messed up and feel blurry. It is the same as glasses for myopia or hyperopia, only put on them when you need.
Can I just buy over the counter reading glasses instead of filling my glasses rx?

Yes,of course.But may be your right eye can’t see so clearly and your vision won’t be “perfect”. But there won’t be much difference,and you will be able to get well with them.
Were your eye glasses weak when you were first perscribed eye glasses?

My eyesight wasn’t very bad when I first got my glasses.At then I didn’t wear them very often.But now my eyes have changed a lot and I could’t see things clearly without them.The optician advise me to wear them all the time to prevent the eyesight going down.
