If you want to get cheap contacts with insurance, first make sure the coverage of your mom's insurance. Then you can go to the place that have the insurance covered. If you have got the perscription when you get the first examination for your glasses, then you can buy contacts at costco. It's always cheap there. Don't buy it online because it tends to be more expensive and you can't get your right size of the lenses.

I suggest you get it from online optical stores where the prices are much lower than in the brick-and-mortar optical stores.
