  • It wouldn't make any difference whether have eye exam in the morning or evening if you are nearsighted. But it makes difference if you are farsighted. For your farsightedness would be stronger in the morning but weaker in the afternoon. Every time before have your eyes checked, you should take off your eyeglasses or contact lenses to have a rest for a while in order to ensure you a more accurate prescription.
