Shipping and Tracking

In most cases, normal single vision eyeglasses will be delivered in about 2 weeks after your placement of the order online.
Orders with tinted lenses may take extra 2-3 business days.
Orders with photochromic lenses, Bifocals/Progressive lenses Orders with photochromic lenses, polarized lenses, Bifocals/Progressive lenses, or Wraparound prescription sunglasses may take extra5-7 business days.

We will use USPS First Class courier service with delivery confirmation which will take 3-6 days after leaving our facility. In order to reduce your general cost for purchasing glasses online, we currently don’t offer any express over night service which is very expensive. The charge for USPS First Class service is US$4.95 per order.

For customers from Asia, we will use Express Mail Service. For customers form Oceania and Europe, we will use TNT express, and the specific shipping cost will be added when you check out. Details as follows:

Note: A certain amount of import duty may apply for some countries. For instance, the CSC (customs clearance charge) is required in some European countries. Please contact the local custom for a specific amount of CSC.
