General obligations

There is no contract between Firmoo.com and you, our customer, until you place your order of eyeglasses with us.2.
These terms and conditions serve as the final agreement between us, replacing all the verbal and written statements, agreements or correspondence related to the services and products of Firmoo.com. All other information in Firmoo.com, such as products descriptions and photos, etc., does not constitute any part of this contract, unless otherwise stated clearly in written form to you, our customer.3.
All the eyeglass frame, lenses and other eyeglass accessories in Firmoo.com are subject to availability. In case of any frames or other products not in stock, you, our customer will be informed of the status as soon as possible.4.
All the descriptive information, the photos and colors of eyeglass frames, are for guidance and suggestions only. There may be slight and minor variations to the descriptions, the photos and the colors, as some customers’ computers may not display the colors accurately.5.
None of our customer service staff has the right to amend and waive any of these terms and conditions, unless otherwise these amendments or waivers are sent to you, our customer, in formal written form.6.
Eyeglasses and accessories are sold on the condition that you, our customer, are the final user, and you will not re-sell to any other people or establishment.7.
In order to enable our better service to you, our customer, we may record any phone conversations between you and our customer service personnel.8.
You should be over the age of 18 to order eyeglasses online from Firmoo.com. You should not be registered blind, or partially sighted, or order eyeglasses representing minors under 18 years old.
Eyeglass Prescription
1.
Before you order eyeglasses from Firmoo.com, you must obtain a copy of eyeglass prescription from eye care professional (ECP) which was issued by your eye doctor in the most recent 2 years. You can’t use the contact lenses prescription to order eyeglasses from us, otherwise it is fully your own responsibility.2.
We will use the data on the prescription provided by you to produce lenses and eyeglasses. The eyeglasses we ship to you will be based on this prescription.3.
If you are not sure about the validity and preciseness of your prescription, please contact your ECP who conducted the eye exam for you.4.
Pupillary distance, abbreviated as PD, is crucial for fitting your eyeglasses precisely. Unless clearly input in our website, we will use average adult PD of 63mm for single vision distance eyeglasses, and we will use average PD of 60mm for single vision reading glasses for you, our adult customer. We strongly hope you can get your exact PD from your doctor or optician to ensure the maximum well-being of your vision health.
Price and payment
1.
The prices shown on Firmoo.com are the price that you, our customer, will pay.2.
We accept the major credit cards. Payments will be effected by debiting your account. No production of eyeglasses will be processed before we receive your payment.3.
In case of our failure of providing you the products you order from Firmoo.com, we will inform you in writing and will refund the full payment to the same card, with no more responsibility at our side.
Shipping and Delivery
1.
In most cases, normal single vision eyeglasses will be delivered in about 2 weeks after your placement of the order online. Orders with tinted lenses may take extra 3-4 business days. Orders with photochromic lenses, polarized lenses, Bifocals/Progressive lenses, or Wraparound prescription sunglasses may take extra5-7 business days.2.
For our USA customers, we will use USPS First Class courier service with delivery confirmation which will take 3-6 days after leaving our facility. In order to reduce your general cost for purchasing glasses online, we currently don’t offer any express over night service which is very expensive. The charge for USPS First Class service is US$4.95 per order.3.
For customers from other countries, the shipping charge will be higher, and the specific shipping cost will be added when you check out.4.
Prices shown on our website are for the frames or eyeglasses only, excluding the shipping and delivery charge.5.
Once the package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the courier company, not Firmoo.com.6.
If the package is damaged in transit, please first contact the courier service company, and then you may contact us.7.
Shipping and delivery time mean the time used in transit. Our producing and fitting time is not a part of the shipping and delivery time.8.
If for any reason you, our customer, do not accept the delivery of the package of the eyeglasses you ordered from us, we may charge you the possible cost incurred by us as a result of your non-acceptance.9.
We will not agree to exchange and re-produce a new pair of eyeglasses or prescription sunglasses if the address you entered is considered to be undeliverable.10.
From time to time, shipping delay occurs due to various reasons. We kindly remind you to enter your address correctly with proper cases, spaces and punctuations. If you’d like to have your order shipped to a company address, please don’t forget to write the company name as the integral part of your shipping address. It is your responsibility if you enter an incomplete address or wrong address.11.
A certain amount of import duty may apply for some countries. For instance, the CSC (customs clearance charge) is required in some European countries. Please contact the local custom for a specific amount of CSC.
Customers’ inspection of eyeglasses
1.
Once the package is delivered and received by you, our customer, you must conduct inspection immediately and carefully. Failure in doing so will be your own responsibility.2.
If you, our customer, find the eyeglasses and accessories are damaged or lost, or not in accordance with what you have ordered, please contact us immediately. Failure in doing so will be your own responsibility.3.
In case you decide to return the package to us, please do not use the eyeglasses and enclosed accessories, and keep its original status. Failure in doing so will be your own responsibility.
Change and cancel the order
1.
Eyeglasses are custom-made products, so if you want to change the order, you must send us the details of the changes within the 24 hours of your ordering from us. After the first 24 hours, the order can not be changed as it is already in the stage of production.2.
For the order that can not be changed, we will start producing a new pair of eyewear based on your changed details, and it will count as your, our customer’s, one-time return or exchange. You will lose the chance of further return or exchange.3.
You, our customer, can not cancel the order after the initial 24 hours if the order is already in the process of fitting. Should the customer choose to directly receive refund at this stage, please contact our staff for exact cost incurred by us and we will charge you for that cost.4.
For any change or cancellation concerning your order, we will send any acknowledgement email to you. In case you do not receive any email from us, please contact our staff at service@Firmoo.com without delay.
Return and refund
· You will receive a full refund including the frame price as well as the lenses'. The refund on the shipping cost should be minus.
· You will receive a refund for the frame plus 50% of the price of the prescription lenses if they are the 1.57 Aspheric, 1.60 index, 1.67 index lenses, 1.74 index lenses, polarized lenses, Polycarbonate lenses, progressive lenses, bifocal lenses or Photochromic. For Wraparound prescription sunglasses, the refund will be 50% of the total price. The refund on the shipping cost should be minus.
For some special orders in which the ordered prescription lenses are 1.57 Aspheric, 1.60 index, 1.67 index lenses, 1.74 index lenses, polarized lenses, Polycarbonate lenses, progressive lenses, bifocal lenses ,Photochromic ,as well as the Wraparound prescription sunglasses, 50% price on a new pair of lenses would be charged. Please read our refund policy concerning those lenses before applying for an exchange. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service for more specific options.

To make you 100% satisfied is our supreme target. In case, for any reason, you are not fully contented with your purchase at Firmoo.com, our return and refund policy will make your purchase a risk-free one.2.
Within 7 days after your receipt of your eyeglasses, you may return your eyeglasses to us for a refund or exchange for a new pair.In the case that you are free from the charge of shipping when your order is over $60, we need to charge you $4.95 for the shipping charge when you apply for a refund.· You will receive a full refund including the frame price as well as the lenses'. After the expiry of 7-day limit, you may still return your purchase to us within the 30 days after your initial receipt, but only for a 50% refund of the original order amount.In the case that you are free from the charge of shipping when your order is over $60, we need to charge you $4.95 for the shipping charge when you apply for a refund.4.
Before you return the eyeglasses to us, you need to contact our customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No return package can be sent to us without a RAN.5.
Please ship the whole package back to us in its original conditions same as what you receive. Don’t forget to enclose a note describing the reason for the return (It is for improving our quality and service ONLY!) and quoting the RAN and original order number on the note.6.
We refund the full or half amount of what we charge on the products ONLY. We do not refund the shipping and handling charges.In the case that you are free from the charge of shipping when your order is over $60, we need to charge you $4.95 for the shipping charge when you apply for a refund. For the customer who has used the discount coupon code in the order, we would issue the refund based on the final discounted price instead of the original price.7.
It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost of returning the original condition package to us. It is recommended to return the package via the trackable courier services to expedite the process of refund or exchange. No refund or exchange will be processed before receiving the returned package at our side.8.
Only ONE new pair of eyeglasses can be exchanged for free if you are eligible for an exchange. The new pair will be produced in compliance with the original prescription. In case you’d like to choose better frame or lenses, the difference will be charged. Also the shipping charge for the exchanged new pair of eyeglasses will be for your account. Exchange or replacement will be processed once we receive the returned package at our side.For some special orders in which the ordered prescription lenses are 1.57 Aspheric, 1.60 index, 1.67 index lenses, 1.74 index lenses, polarized lenses, Polycarbonate lenses, progressive lenses, bifocal lenses ,Photochromic ,as well as the Wraparound prescription sunglasses, 50% price on a new pair of lenses would be charged. Please read our refund policy concerning those lenses before applying for an exchange. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service for more specific options.

If you have input the wrong prescription or have entered other information wrongly resulting in the wrong producing of eyeglasses, we may not be held responsible for it.10.
It is quite rare that we produce your eyeglasses not as per your prescription, or fit your lenses to the wrong glasses frame. If this is the case we will be 100% responsible for the full refund or exchange, and we will also pay for your return shipping.
Privacy and security

In order for us to offer our services and products to you, we need to collect your personal data. We ensure you that we will use these data only for the purpose of fulfilling this contract, and will not use these data for any other purpose or by any third party. We will strictly comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 in relations to the date we receive from you under this contract.2.
Cookies are the pieces of information that a website transfers to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purpose. These cookies will not and can not be used to identify you in any way.3.
