I placed an order for some reading glasses and was super excited to get them. Firmoo let me know when they were shipped and I also got a notification they had been out for delivery. Somewhere in the process, the post office lost my package. I emailed CS and asked what they do in this instance and they immediately gave me 3 choices that were all in my favor. I still wanted my glasses and I asked if they could just replace the order as is and they did it with no hesitation. Somewhat unexpected from an online shopping experience. Maurice and Reyanna kept in touch until it was resolved. I appreciate you both so much!
