Can dry eyes cause sensitivity to light?

In recent day, my eyes often feel dry. And also, i am sensitive to light. Why? Can dry eyes makes it?

    Yes, dry eyes can make your eyes sensitive to light. Actrually, when your eyes are exposed to bright light, your eyes will have the feeling of being watery even your eyes are dry and this is caused by your poorly spreading tears and insufficient tear volime. What's more, dry eyes can cause your eyes to feel sore.

    Your dry eyes may cause your sensitive to light. However, your wrong diet habit may cause the sensitive character, too. You should check your diet and find whether it has the problems. Then you could use the eyes drops to release your symptom. At the same time, you could also use the warm compress to make the eyes feel comfortable.
