Can pink eye cause dizziness?

I got pink eyes and stay at home. But i also feel dizziness. Why? Can pink eyes cause dizziness?

    They are the different systems of your physical body. The pink eyes are related to the eye ball and cornea as well as eyes infection. The dizziness is related to the visual nerves and your brain system. They are totally different. The symptoms of pink eyes are foreign body sensation, burning, increasing of secreta etc. If the disease is serious and relative to the cornea, the photophoby, tearing and diminution of vision will be caused. From all the symptom of pink eyes we can find it has none of the business with the dizziness.

    Generally speaking, it won't cause dizziness because of pink eyes. Pink eyes, also known as Conjunctivitis, caused by infection. And people with pink eyes will suffer from foreign sensation in the eyes. Besides, burning eyes, swollen eyes, itch eyes, red eyes and eye discharges are the common symptoms of pink eyes. So, you'd better visit an doctor to see what make your dizzy.

    Conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye, is a common and not serious eye disorders. The leading cause of it is bacteria. Symptoms included watery eyes, runny nose, eye pain, eye redness, sinus congestion. But dizziness is hard to be caused by pink eye. And usually, pink eyes can go away about one week.
