Do dry eyes go away?

  There are two reason could cause dry eyes mainly, long time's eye use will lead to eyes fatigue and blurred vision. The other is the eyes infection which caused by virus of inflammation. If your problem is the former one, thus please pay attention to relaxation and have a good rest. Besides the eye drops of artificial tears, doing massage by yourself every two hours’ eye use and watching far distance view from the windows. Vitamin B2, vitamin A and C will also help in a food way. As for the disease of eyes from virus, it is hard to recover by itself if you do not apply some medicine or go to doctor directly.

  If you stop using your eyes in front of the computers for a long time with little rest and keep the good diet and sleep habit, you may get rid of the dryness of the eyes and let the eyes get recovery by themselves. If not, you need to use some home remedies. Besides the eyes drops, you could use the warm compress to make the eyes feel comfortable.
