No, I do not think that you can get eye allergies from high blood pressure and blood pressure does not cause eye allergies. While the fact is that it can affect the blood vessels in your eye, so it can cause some damage and vision problems, which may be retinopathy, irreversible damage to the retina. It need to be treated soon because the control of high blood pressure can prevent further changes in the blood vessels of your eyes.

No, high blood pressure won't lead to eye allergies. So, don't worry too much. But high blood pressure can affect the blood vessels in your eyes. And it is known as retinopathy. This is very harmful to eyes even cause blindness if you ignore it. So, even if high blood pressure won't cause eye allergies, you still suggested to try everything to reduce your high blood pressure for sake of your health.

Yes, the eye allergies could be got from high blood pressure because of the affection of pressure on the eyes. If you want to prevent it, you should keep the good mood every day, not getting excited easily or getting sad. You could use some eye drops to moisture the eyes. You need to eat more with vitamin C which is so beneficial for the eyes.
