OK, I can see from your words and you are quite worried about the consequences from getting macular degeneration. So, it is true that macular degeneration is partly resulted from ageing, but in a broad sense, it is a consequence of your lack of attention to your health. Anyway, I recommend that you get som.e good vitamin pills that contain Vitamin E and A, which could be of great use to you. Also, quit some bad habbits and take some eye exam regularly so that problems could be detected early

Well, yes, macular degeneration can be dangerous for your eyes, and in some degree, it can just lead to vision loss. So you need to pay more attention to it. And to prevent it, there are many ways you can have a try. For example, you can just have some food supplements which can do a help to slow down the progress of macular degeneration. In common, you can just intake some foods which contain a lot of vitamin d. according to some experts, by in taking much vitamin D, it could help to prevent age-related diseases, in particular loss of vision and blindness. So just take some Catfish, eggs, and cod liver oil are rich in vitamin d. anyway you can have a try.
