Simple speaking, the heat exhaustion will lead to anoxia with your brain and head. The impact of anoxia will lead to organ function's defect. The instant heat exhaustion will result to instant injury of your head and vision. The permanent one will lead to forever injury. It will cause the headache, faint and blur vision and sore eyes. But it will be recovered after the heat exhaustion's healing gradually, but the permanent one's risk still exists. If the symptom would last for a certain time without cure by itself, please go to doctor for help.
