Mono is possible to cause blurry vision, but in a rare occasion. The common symptoms are fatigue, fever, sore throat, loss of appetite among others. Vision can be effected with mononucleosis. It can lead to optic neuritis. This is common in children as well as adults. May lead to blurred vision and blindness if untreated. So I highly suggest you to take care of it in hospital. Wish you a good luck!
