Eye floaters are usually caused by small flecks of a protein. And usually it happens to people between the age 50 and 75. Also other causes such as eye diseases, eye injury can also lead to eye floaters. But in most cases, eye floaters are harmless and never require medical treatment. Also, I never heard that Tinted glasses can treat eye floaters. If you feel the eye floaters bothersome, you can move your eyes to move them away from your field of vision. Or you can consult your eye doctor. They may suggest taking a surgical procedure. Personally, you needn't do that.

Wearing tinted glasses will to some degree help you with your eye floaters which are mainly caused by the eyes infection. The tinted glasses are made with special materials which will control the transmission of the coming lights. At the same time, the coming lights could be reflected through the special coating parts. That is to say, the not good lights will be blocked by the tinted glasses. Your floaters will not get affection. However, you could use the eye drops to release the symptom of the floaters. In addition, you'd better use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to get rid of the bacterium in the eyes. You could also use the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable. I think if you keep on treating it, it will disappear within one week. You should keep notice of using your eyes and keep the health for them.
