  Do not worry, it's always happen in our daily life for splash something into eye. Mostly, it can not cause serious problems and you can solve it in home. Flush your eye with much clean water, then rub your eye with a clean towel, then you eyes will be recover after several minutes rest. While, if your vision is still blurry or feel pain, see a doctor immediately.

  It is really bad for you to get the sperm in your eyes. The small amount of sperm will not do damage to your eyes. You should wash it with clean water as soon as possible. If you do not, you may have the eye infection. You need to use the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable. You should not let the sperm splash into your eyes next time.

  Well, looks like that the situation is really bad. Anyway, from what I know, sperms are generally not infectious, which means that they are ok with your eyes, but you should try to flush your eyes with some normal saline to avoid some irritative feelings. And try not to let that happen again. Just take it easy and get some eye drops to deal with the subsequent reactions.
