Do computer glasses really reduce eye strain?

At work i spend a lot of time staring at a computer monitor. I have eye strain problems and take breaks often, I do not wear glasses. I was at costco the other day and noticed they sell "computer glasses" which are supposed to "reduce eye strain when staring at computer monitors." Is there any proof of this really being effective? If so how does it work? Furthermore where can I get some for cheap if they do work.

yes , it is true . I also work in front of computer all day and my eyes feel strained often . Then I follow my friend's advice to get a pair of reading glasses . It does relieve a lot . As you know ,more and more office workers are being tortured by computer radiation at all times that their eyesight is getting worse and worse, alongside with eye dry, itch and fatigue. In the office, radiation sources are throughout every corner, from computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.,so computer glasses are necessary for you . if you don't know where to get , I will recommend firmoo

Yes, computer glasses can help reduce eye strain when staring at computer monitors. What kind of proof do you want? From my experience, they do work on reducing eye fatigue for me. I often spend more than 8 hours a day in front of a computer. I have to take a break from time to time because I feel tired and don't want to go on my reading. After I bought a pair of computer glasses from an online optical store, I feel better because I suffer from less eye fatigue. But I also do some eye exercise and apply some artificial tears to lubricate my eyes.

Vision council found that 70 percent of US adults have some kind of digital eye strain due to computer using. A pair of computer glasses can help protect our vision. There are several ways to prevent or reduce eyestrain, including ergonomically optimizing your workstation or using the 20-20-20 rule to regularly give your eyes a break. But computer glasses could also alleviate or prevent digital eyestrain. I have a pair of computer glasses. they do work in reduce eye strain. So I think you should have a try.

Of course they do. You can have a try. I am a current computer user. I often spend more than 8 hours in front of my computer. I have a pair of computer glasses. They can help me see clearly and reduce eye strain. I can persist on reading for more than 2 hours. But I still suggest you to take a break from time to time when you sit in front of a computer though the computer glasses can reduce eye strain and help you to read longer. Good luck!

Of course that computer glasses can help reduce our eye strain. Computer glasses are designed for those people who are working in front of a computer for a long time and those who often use computers for fun. We know that the distance between a person's eyes and the screen of a computer is usually fixed. But our normal eyeglasses are designed to adapt to a wider range of using. Computer glasses will make us feel more comfortable in this aspect. And computer glasses can block the reflections of computer screens and glares. This will further protect our eyes.
