Can i smoke after double eyelid surgery ?

I just took a double eyelid surgery. Is it OK if i smoke now? Or it is not good for the recovery of my eyes?

    Ok, sounds like you have received some plastic surgery , which could help you improve your looks. But as you can see, there are always side effects and you must take care of yoru eyes before you are fully recovered. Smoking may give rise to irritation to your eyes , making the healing process slow. Just stop smoking until you are good to go again.

    No,it's not OK. If you smoke after having double eyelid surgery, the harmful elements in cigarette that enter your body such as nicotine will destroy the vitamins inside you and delay the recovery of the cuts. they may be infection of the cuts and may leave scars there. It is better for you to avoid intake of irritant food, drink or smell, like alcohol, cigarette, and spicy food for the moment.

    You'd better not smoke after the double eyelid surgery which will affect your recovery of the eyes. You should have the good rest for the eyes, not sitting in front of the computers for a long time. You should also drink more water and eat the food with vitamin C to moisture the eyes. In a word, you should protect the eyes carefully these days from the diet and rest.

    yh u can .i;m also smoke after the eyes lids surgery .. and nth changing on my eyes lids . it been 4 moths i'm still smoking every days .
