When you are crying, your tears gland system will work. If you cry a lot, your eye-like gland may show the dry symptom which easily causes the eyes to be red. You should not cry too much which will harm your eyes. You need to use the warm cloth to cover on the eyes to release the symptom. At the same time, you could also use the eye drops to moisture the eyes. The above two ways are both effective and workable.

Yes, it is quite normal for most of people's eyes get red after crying. While crying, you are in high spirits usually, which may effect the circulation of the blood, and increase the blood flow to the eyes. And then, give rise to the ocular hyperemia. At the same time, eyes muscles become tighter and retina become thiner. Moreover, many people are used to rubbing eyes as crying, and repeated friction may also render blood running faster through the veins, which easily cause eyes become red. Thus no matter weeping silently or moaning a wailing can both stem from eyes getting red. After crying, it's better for you to use a warm compress to relieve the symptom.

It is absolutely normal that people's eyes get red after crying. The redness comes from the blood because the blood vessels in your eyes get dilated when you are crying. You may wonder why those blood vessels dilated when we cry. It is because your eyes need more oxygen and nutrients that usual and the up coming tears need the fluids in your blood. The blood vessel has to dilate to meet to needs. People are annoying by the red eye or puffy eye after crying. You can make a cold compress over your closed eyelid to reduce the redness. Anyway, crying is good for your health, so don’t hold your tears if you want to cry.
