Milk can supplement zinc for collagenous tissue, so it can help the growth of eye brows, but it doesn't work just depends on milk. People whose falling of eye brows is caused by hypothyroidism co-existed should eat more kelp, seaweed, sea cucumbers. And if the falling of eye brows is caused by the deficiency of zinc, milk, eggs, lean meat are all good choice. So you should take different measures to avoid the falling of eye brows, milk may help you but the effect is not obvious.

It's true that milk can help the growth of eye brows. Your can use milk or milk products to do the job. Milk and milk products contains rich protein and vitamins which are important for the growth of eye brows. You can use a cotton ball in milk and then rub your eye brows. There are other home made remedies which can help you grow your eye brows, such as castor oil, coco-lemon, onions, and fenugreek seeds. Something you need to pay attention if you want long eye brows: get enough proteins and vitamins needed for the growth, such as vitamins A, C, and E. brush your eye brows in the direction they grow.

Yes, milk can help you at the growth of eye brows. I have tried it before. However using the ginger is more effective which I have tried later. You could both have a try. Different people have different physique. Maybe the first method is more useful for you. Thus only after you have tried both can you know the result.

Lemons are a valuable source of vitamins and antioxidants, essential for strengthening hair and making it grow. But be careful – lemon juice may have a noticeable lightening effect. Wipe your eyebrows with a slice of lemon, like in this video, wait for 15-20 minutes, then rinse the juice off. Alternatively, you can make an infusion using lemon slices and a quarter cup of coconut oil. Leave the mixture for 15 days in a cool place, then start applying it to your eyebrows every day before going to sleep.
