Well, yes, I have to say that it is kind of common for baby who is born with jaundice. And according to some researches, it can just be the yellow eyes, which indicates the yellow color of the skin and whites of the eyes because of excess bilirubin in the blood. And generally speaking, newborns make more bilirubin than adults do since they have more turnovers of red blood cells. And then they cannot remove adequate bilirubin from the blood, and that is why your baby gets jaundice. For the sake of safety, you’d better take your baby to see the eye doctor.

Neonatal jaundice is one of the common symptoms of neonatal period, especially newborns within one week. It can be either a physiological phenomenon. It is the main performance of elevated bilirubin severe or even though not high. But at the same time in hypoxia acidosis risk factors such as infection, it can cause bilirubin encephalopathy and mortality is high. The survivors are long-term neurological sequelae. Therefore, it should be timely and correctly judge the nature of the jaundice. The early diagnosis will get the early treatment. Once the baby who is born is found the jaundice, he or she will get to the incubator to accept the treatment. Thus the pregnant women should avoid the radiation from the computers or other things and have the good rest with healthy diet. Thus they may have high possibility to have the healthy babies.
