I have such experience before. It is because my eyes get infection because of the invisible bacterium. You should have the good rest for the eyes now. You need to use the eye drops with anti-inflammation to get rid of the invisible bacterium in the eyes. You could also do the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable. You could find the clean cloth and hot water to do this.

The light spots you see when you close your eyes are called phosphines. They are caused by the nerves connecting your retina to the brain. It is natural for you to see light spots after seeing strong light, because the signal of the light image stays in your retina after you close your eyes. Phosphines also occur when you have a blow on your head or you shake your head too hard.

It may be that you are too fatigue and your eyes get too tired without adequate rest or sleep so that you see light spots in front of you when you close your eyes. If the condition is serious, which means that you cannot sleep well because of the light spots or the light spots cause headache and so on, you should go to the doctor's for an overall examination and correspondent treatment. Besides, you should pay attention to have adequate rest and sleep, and do not over your eyes. Regularly do some eye exercises such as massaging around your eyes for a few minutes to relieve the fatigue and nervous muscles.
