Where did my prescription go?

I had a prescription uploaded with my last order, but now it's gone. Where did it go? Can I get it back?

    Your prescription will be stored after you upload it to the user center. If you can%u2019t find your prescription, you can send email to our service staff and they will help you.

    Besides, you can also call your eye doctor to get your prescription.
