Can acid reflux cause blurred vision?

It is said that acid reflux can lead to blurred vision, is that normal? Do I need to go to an eye doctor right away?

    Yes, it is normal for you to get blurred vision because of acid reflux. Once you get acid reflux, you may have the dehydration which may make your eyes be dry. The dryness of the eyes may make you have the blurred vision. You could use some eye drops with anti-inflammation to moisture the eyes. You could also use the warm compress to make your eyes feel better.

    It is normal that acid reflux cause blurred vision. In general, Acid reflux can give rise to some symptoms and complications, such as dizziness (excl vertigo), pain, nausea, weakness, fatigue or chest pain. Besides, those with high blood pressure, pain, multiple sclerosis and high blood cholesterol are more likely to suffer vision blurred according to recent studies. Also, some co-existing conditions like irritable bowel syndrome or gastrooesophageal reflux disease may lead to acid reflux. On safe side, you need to go to an eye doctor to require a physical check up.
