Is there a cure for computer vision syndrome?

I really need to know if there is a cure for computer vision syndrome. I want to get rid of this so bad.

    Computer vision syndrome is due to using computer for a long time, which lead to headaches, blurred vision, neck pain, dry eyes, dizziness, etc. Computer vision syndrome is a temporary eye disease, it has some methods to avoid it. First, adjust your monitor height and distance. Second, have a rest every one hour. Third, adjust the proper light. Fourth, wear special eyeglasses to protect. By doing this, you can get rid of it.
