I suppose not. Corneal ulcer is not so easy to cure and your daughter should watch out. Usually, children getting this disease results from a lack of vitamin A. You need to fee her more fresh vegetables and fruits every day. I am not scaring you, but I have heard that corneal ulcers can get people to go blind if they don' t have enough vitamin a. Actually, not only swimming, even wearing contacts is also not allowed. However, as a kid, I also don' t want to see her deprived happiness of swimming, maybe you can get her to wear swimming goggles when swimming, just keep an eye on her during swimming, okay? Good luck!

You'd better take her for an eye examination so as to make sure if the corneal ulcer are cured or not. If doctor said her eyes are completely cured from corneal ulcer, you can take her for a swim with the protection of swimming goggles. If her eyes are not completely healed, you are not suggested to let her swim. Also, you shall shall keep in mind that wearing swimming goggles if you take her to swim. Because swimming goggles play an important role to protect the eyes from bacterias in swimming pool.
