  Yes, crying too much can cause puffy eyes. But it will go away as time goes. If you want to get rid of your puffy eyes in a fast way, Apply cold compresses are considered the best way. But cold compresses can cure your puffy eyes, it just make your eyes look better temporarily. To cure it, it still need some time. But it won't be too long. So, don't worry. It is OK.
