  It is normal that u worry about this and u know what?The success rate is really very high and u don't need to worry too much about this.A lot of people in the world have already accepted this surgery and most of them r just very fine.However,if u still feel worried about this.U might as well just consult ur eye doctor and ask for the exact data of this surgery.I can't ensure u 100% safety of this surgery because we can't exclude some uncontrolled reasons.

Although i didn't calculate the success rate of cataract surgery, but most of them can get successful surgery. Also, you can consult your surgeon who can explain you what is the success rate for your eyes according to your eye condition. Take it easy, overall, it is a highly successful surgery.
