In most cases, hypothyroidism isn't associated with eye disease. But if you have a very serious hypothyroidism, it may cause some eye problems such as swelling around the eyes, or even cause loss of the hairs in the outer part of the eyebrows. Besides, if your hypothyroidism further develop to Graves' disease, it can cause some eye problems. For example, it can cause eye discomfort, protruding eyeballs and vision changes etc.

Well,I am so sorry to hear that.It is usually in relations with eye diseases.U had better go to see an eye doctor right away. When u get this,it will be normal for u to get swollen eyes and u will also lose some hair or eyebrow because of this. But don't worry too much because I assure y that u won't lose much.Oh,right,by the way, maybe ur eyeballs will stand out a little bit and ur vision will also change somehow. That is why I suggest u to go to see an eye doctor at the very beginning.
