Just like the rest of our body, the eyes also need good nutrition to function well. You can eat such foods which contain rich beta carotene, such as: Carrots, kale, blueberries, apricots. They are all good for your eyes. While at the same time, you need to stay away from junk food.

Some foods can help to improve our eyesight. It does make sense. Especially those foods are rich in vitamins such as carrots, oranges, tomatoes and so on. This can help our eyes to get plenty of vitamins A and C, as well as Lutein & Zeaxanthin. We know that the human body is made up of about 60% water. You can take more water when you feel your eyes are dry, tired and blurry. You can take amino acids, too. And Taurine is essential for eye health.
