We can eat more leafy green vegetables. Mum often ask me to eat leafy green vegetables because they contain lots of vitamins, such as A, c, and B-12. They also have the mineral calcium. mineral calcium are important for good vision. And leafy green vegetables also contain the zeaxanthin and carotenoids lutein. Zeaxanthin and carotenoids lutein are important for the normal function of the retina. They can delay or prevent vision loss that are caused by age-related macular degeneration.

I think you can improve your eyesight by food if you just have mild myopia. I like egg and fish very much. Eggs have some important health benefits for our eyes; Once I heard that you can increase your level of lutein and zeaxanthin through eating one egg in every day. eggs contain a kind of acids which can reduce dry-eye symptoms. I also like salmon, tuna and mackerel very much for they are good for our eyes and heart. Fatty fish contain vitamins A and D. vitamins A and D can benifit our retina .
