I am suffering from eye twitching too. I heard that blinking your eyes can help reduce the twitching. You can close your eyes as tight as possible. And then open your eyes as wide as possible suddenly. Do this kind of blinking until you have tears in your eyes. You can massage your eye bones and eyelids to stimulate the blood circulation of these areas. You can do this when you have time. This can help relieve eye strains and stop eye twitching.

If you have dry eyes, you may suffer from eye twitching. You can drink plenty of water to lubricate your eyes or apply some artificial tears to moisten your eyeballs directly. If you are a computer worker, you may get twitching eyes more easily for the dryness and long times of strain your eyes in the same movement. You can have a rest during your work. This is good for your eyes and can help reduce eye twitching and even refresh your mind.

I heard that make your eyes half closed and then try to stop the constantly trembling of different amplitude. You can close your eyes and blink your eyes. This can exercise the muscles around our eyes and reduce eye twitching. If you take in too much alcohol or caffeine recently, they can be the causes of your twitching eyes. So you may need to reduce the consumption.

If your eye twitching usually happens in some seasons, you may have seasonal allergies. Eye twitching can be caused by allergies. You must find out what causes your allergy and then avoid touching these allergens. But seasonal allergies are hard to avoid unless you just stay at home for the whole season. It sounds impossible and terrible. You can take a spoon local honey to help build up immunity to allergens. But it will take you a long time to achieve a satisfying effect. So I suggest you to see a doctor and ask some medicines to treat with your allergies.

Dear friend, I suggest you to have your eyes checked by an eye doctor. My friend's father hurt himself on the head last week. Now his father has twitching eyes as the sequel of nerve damage. Eye twitching can mean a not serious sign of a medical problem too. So if you are taking some medicines at this time, you'd better tell your doctors and find another way to solve your problem.

Eye twitching can be a sign of stress. You may have eye strain at the same time. I strongly suggest you to relax yourself. You can have a holiday or take a walk outside to reduce your pressure. If your stress is coming from work, you can ask someone to give you some suggestions if you really can't handle with the problems by yourself. But I think as long as you work hard and study hard during your work time, you can finally overcome the difficulties and reduce stress. If your stress is coming from the daily life, you can talk with your loved ones that what you are worrying about and ask for some suggestions. They will understand you and support you.

Dear friend, eye twitching can be a sign of nutrients imbalance. You may need to change your diet form and provide your eyes and body with enough nutrients. If you often stay up too late in the night, you may suffer from eye twitching too. What you need to do is catch up your sleep and keep high quality sleeping in every night.

Do you wear glasses? If you wore glasses, you can have your eyesight checked by an eye doctor to see is there any changes in your vision. If the degree goes stronger, you may suffer from eye twitching from eye strain. you can have you glasses change to give yourself more accurate vision and this also help with your problems at the same time. If you often use computers, you'd better buy a pair of computer glasses for computer glasses can reduce eye strain.
