Besides, too much sodiun intake can also increase eye bags. So, if you want to reduce eye bags, you shall keep a healthy life. For example, keep a healthy diet, go to bed early every night and drinking less before go to bed. If you have not get enough rest or you are ill, the eye bags will get worse. Moreover, tiredness is also a cause. Do not drink much water before going to sleep, or your eye bags will get worse.

The most likely reason is that you are lack of sleep. The main cause of under eye bags is simply the stillness of sleeping. These "rise and shine" morning eyes appear because your circulatory system moves more slowly when you are sleeping, leaving excess fluid beneath the eyes. A less-than-rested body (or a stressed one) can prevent your circulatory system from flushing out this extra fluid even after you have been awake for awhile. But eye bags that persist throughout the day can be a sign that your body needs more sleep. Eight hours a night is a good goal.
