The anti-reflective coating can get rid of annoying glare, halos around lights and reflections on your lenses caused by computers and lights. If you have been working on computer for too long, you’d better choose blue light blocking glasses.

Anti-reflective coating is especially important for people with high-index lenses, but as you have said that you have been working on computer, I shall recommond blue-light blocking glasses for you.
