I have done the surgery for almost five years till now and I start to see things a little vague. I don’t need glasses, but I do believe my vision gets worse.

Some nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism can return over time, causing blurry vision. There is no guarantee that your vision will always stay stable. It might get changed depends on the ways you use your eyes.

Actually LASIK permanently corrects the vision prescription, such as your nearsightedness, farsightedness or astigmatism. But indeed there is possibility that you may face vision issues again if you don’t protect your eyes well.
