Staring at a computer screen too long can do harm to your eyes because the computer screen can emit radiation. If you want to protect your eyes, you can buy a pair of computer glasses which is radiation-proof.What's more, you'd better stay away from the screen for a while and make your eyes relax after you watch the screen for a long time.

The UV radiation from the computer screen is harmful to your eyes, but a pair of computer glasses with anti-radiation coating can protect your eyes from harm. Furthermore, a variety of specific computer lenses include special filters, tints, and anti-rad properties, can prevent people from suffering eye strain and headache easily.

I am not sure whether the computer can truly emit radiation. However, in order to protect your eyes, you'd better wear computer glasses while using computer.

Some people think computer can emit radiation which will do harm to our eyes. If we stare at computer screen too long, our eyes will be damaged. However, I am not sure whether the computer can truly emit radiation. But I still think staring at a computer screen for a long time will get eye strain. So we should have a break and relax our eyes properly while using computer.
