Do you mean that you want to get a pair of prescription sunglasses or just store the prescription lenses with sunglasses frame? No matter what you mean, you may need to have your eyesight checked by an eye doctor first. Some opticians can make the lenses for you but some opticians can't. Wish you good luck!

Some special kind of sunglasses frames doesn't have the correct ridges to hold prescription lenses. You'd better ask the optician whether your old frame can store your prescription lenses or not. If they told you that the lenses can't fit your frame, you'd better buy a pair of new prescription glasses.

Some eye doctor can do that for you if they are opticians at the same time. Eye doctors can have your eyesight checked and give you a piece of prescription while the optician can decide whether your frame can store the prescription lenses or not. I will not use the sunglasses frame to store my prescription lenses because sunglasses frame has big lenses and I have strong myopia, the ridges of the prescription lenses will be very thick. Besides, it is hard to fit the frame properly. Usually the lenses will deform to some degree.
