Can I use Systane when I am wearing soft contacts lenses?

I feel my eyes are a little dry recently when wearing soft contact lenses,so I wonder if I can use Systane to solve it.

    Systane drops shouldn't be used for dry eyes while you are wearing soft contact lenses.However, you can use them either 10 minutes before you put your contacts in or after you have taken your contacts out.

    Generally speaking, Systane are offen suggested to be used 10 mins before wearing contact lenses, and soon after take them off the eyes, to increase the comfort of contact wearers. This is proved by clinical test.
