There is little pain after the lasik surgery though you may experience a little discomfort for a few hours. The healing of the cornea depends on how degree you want it to heal. Generally speaking, it will take several days to a fews weeks. The complete healing of the cornea may take several months. However, the cornea won't restore to its original condition.

There would be little pain after the lasik surgery and the recovery time is depending on yourself, usually it takes few days to weeks for healing the cornea. In fact, the cornea will never heal to its original condition, but it will restore itself to the point than can ensure you to the best vision.
