You can hold the glasses where they will reflect light. If the lights reflecting are the color of the lights, you do not have Anti-Reflective coating. If they reflect in a color like green, gold, purple or blue, you have the coating.

Lenses with ANTI-GLARE COATING can reflect light to different color when they are placed under the light. They always reflect in a color like green, gold, purple or blue. Lenses without anti-glare coating cannot reflect to the light, but only show the original color of the light.
