How to stop my basketball goggles from fogging up?

I don't know if it is the same with swimming goggles but everytime when I sweat,the lenses get fogging up. I have tried to spitting on them and it works only for several minutes.

You can try to put a little dishwashing liquid inside of the goggles, which may help stop your goggles from fogging up. Or you can get another pair of anti-fog basketball goggles.
