What can I do if sands come into my eyes?

I got some sands into my eyes this morning and I can still feel them now. What can I do to remove it?

    When you get some sands into your eyes, you should close your eyes gently and then slowly open your eyes. Repeat this for several times. In most cases, sands can get out with the tears. If the sands are still in your eyes, you should go to see an doctor.

    You should not try to rub your eyes hard if there are sands coming into them cuz you could scratch the corneal. Close your eyes and then half open them, repeat this for several times. Then the sands will come out with tears.
