How can I apply eye makeup when wearing contacts?

It is quite annoying to apply eye makeup especially when wearing contacts. Do you have any suggestion?

    First, You should put your contacts in your eyes before you start to apply makeup. Remember that you must wash your hands clean before you touch the contact lenses. Second, you'd better use non-allergenic makeup. Choose cream eye shadow which is water-based rather than powder. Third, never use eyeliner when you wear contacts. Finally, wash and dry your hands, then remove the eye makeup first and then remove your contacts.
