Are color blind people able to see at night?

If they are totally color blind, can they still see things at night?

    The color blind people are still be able to see at night because rods cells are primarily activated in dark light conditions, so it won't affect people with color blind to see in the dark.

    Yes, color blind people can still see things at night. the lack of color vision should not effect the ability to see in the dark. But the world in their eyes is gray.
