What can I do for the eye strain caused by viral infection?

I had a bad viral infection a few months ago and now they are clear. But I was left with bad eye strain accompanied by headache when watching TV or computer screen. Is there glasses I can use the relieve the problem?

Maybe you can try to use some OTC lubricating eye drops to help relieve the eye strain. Limit the time of watching TV or playing computer. But I don't think there are any glasses that can ease the problem.

If you have good vision and your eyes are healthy, I think there really isn't much more you can do to help this except wait your eyes to get completely recovered from the viral infection. It does take some days to fade away.

If you don't have vision problem, then there is no way that you can do to treat this problem. The only way is to wait. It will fade away by itself. Don't worry about this.
