In some cases, laser treatment can be taken to stop bleeding in the eye. However, it is determined by the factors that cause the bleeding in the eye. If it is caused by trauma, and severe vetreous body opacity, then you need vetrectomy surgery. If it is caused by hypertension, diabete and the bleeding is small with no severe vetreous body opacity , then laser treatment can help stop bleeding in the eye.

That will depend on what cause the bleeding on the eye. If it is caused by hypertension, diabete and the bleeding is small, then laser treatment is available. If it is caused by retinal detachment, then you need urgent surgery.

Bleeding in the eye can be caused by different reasons and not all of them need laser surgery treatment. Usually laser treatment is allowed when it is caused by hypertension related to diabetic if the bleeding is small and there is no severe vetreous body opacity.
