Does anyone know any simple eye exercises to improve vision

  • I know some exercise to strengthen your eye muscles and improve your vision. 1.Try blinking every 3 – 4 seconds just now as a simple exercise. 2. move up and down with eye movements. 3.Focus on something else about 10 – 20 feet in front of you for 15 seconds at a time. 4. Palming to relieve stress around the eyes.

    I know a good way to relax your eyes. Let's just call it a kind of eye exercise. You can fix your head and then move your eyeballs. Take the focus of your vision as the tip of a pen, and then write letters on the white wall. this can help relax the strained muscles around your eyes.

    It is said that eye exercise can just help relax our eye muscles and they can't help improve vision problems. But they are good for eye health. I heard that there is no way to improve bad eyesight. But I don't believe that. I have tried this when I was young. I had spent at least 3 month with my grandpa. There was no TV or computer in his house. So I couldn't watch TU or play computer games. I just played in the outside with my friends or be a helper when he was mowing. Later I found that my eyesight was improved. So I believe look the green things and view things in the distance can improve vision. You can have a try! Good luck!

    I think all eye exercises are very simple. But few people can achieve a good result because they can't persist on practicing their eyes. It will take at least 3 months to find any effect. Or some people will give up doing eye exercise when they feel a little improvement. But actually they need to continue the exercise. Once they stop doing that, their eyesight back to the same.
