It depends. It does work for some people, but not all of the people. When I first have an eye exam, I get a weak pair of prescription glasses but I seldom wear them. Since then my eyesight didn’t go down but my astigmatism has gotten worse. The doctor told me that I should wear glasses most of the time. Some people think the eye exercises would help them improve their vision while some people don’t think so.

Sometimes it does work for some people. You should consult your doctor and ask him to give you some advice.

Different people have different idea. The only way to find out whether it can improve your vision is just to do them and see what happens.Maybe it won’t help much at first, but you should insist on and you will have improvement over time.

I think you need at least two months of eye exercises until you can see any signs of improvement. But whenever you have improvement ,you should keep on doing them though you have gone back to normal vision because the eye exercises can make your eyes relaxed and prevent your eyesight getting worse.

When your eyes get tired, doing eye exercises like palming and rotation of eye balls etc can help relax your muscle around your eyes. But it is impossible to improve your vision.

Yes.I have tried before but I didn’t insist on doing them,so I have get no results at all.On the contrary,my eyesight get even worse. In my opinion, eye exercises should be down regularly so that they can help relieve your eye strain and keep your eyes healthy.

Palming and rotation of eye balls can help relax the muscles around your eyes. But they can't correct your vision. You must have your eyesight checked immediately and buy a pair of prescription glasses to help correct your vision problems. I have seen a kind of machine which can help correct your vision problems. My nephew has tried that. And it works. You can consult your eye doctor to see whether this kind of machine will work for you or not. Good luck!

I think you can correct your vision naturally by doing some eye exercises. Palming and rotation of eyeballs can relax strained eyes and make the muscles around our eyes more flexible. They are good for our eye health. But no matter which kind of eye exercise you want to practice, you must persist on doing it even after you found any sign of improvement. Hope this helped!
